Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Senior Enterprise IT Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions that drive digital transformation and enterprise modernization initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will develop comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies, ensuring seamless integration across diverse systems and platforms. Your expertise will shape the future of our IT landscape, enabling scalable, secure, and efficient systems that support our business objectives. Join us to influence cutting-edge cloud architectures, system designs, and enterprise solutions that propel our organization forward with energy and purpose.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of enterprise architecture strategies aligned with organizational objectives, leveraging Microsoft’s SaaS ecosystem and frameworks such as TOGAF to ensure architectural consistency, governance, and best‑practice adoption across cloud services and business platforms.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures for enterprise software solutions, including hybrid cloud deployment models utilizing Microsoft Azure, and other cloud infrastructure providers.
Drive AI transformation initiatives by implementing modern cloud-native designs, SaaS architectures using AI technologies like Microsoft Copilot.
Architect and design large‑scale, intelligent SaaS platforms leveraging Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Fabric, and integrated AI capabilities powered by Copilot.
Architect and design large‑scale, intelligent data platforms leveraging Microsoft Copilot and the Microsoft data ecosystem, including Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Event Hubs, Azure Storage and Microsoft Fabric.
Establish and enforce standards for software architecture design, application development, system design for system development (SDLC), and information security protocols to safeguard enterprise data.
Provide technical leadership in adopting DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and system deployment strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Analyze existing IT infrastructure and enterprise architecture to identify modernization opportunities; lead initiatives implementing enterprise architecture modernization efforts using frameworks like TOGAF.
Support project management activities by translating business requirements into technical specifications while ensuring adherence to ITIL standards for service management.
Mentor teams on best practices in application design, system architecture design, systems integration, and enterprise solutions implementation to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in solution architecture design within complex enterprise environments; proven expertise in designing systems using design patterns and enterprise architecture principles.
Strong knowledge of modern, service‑driven architecture patterns within the Microsoft ecosystem, including building extensible solutions using Power Platform, Dataverse, and Copilot‑enabled automation, alongside expertise in .NET application frameworks and cloud‑based software architecture best practices.
Hands-on experience with cloud architecture including Azure, GCP or similar platforms; proficiency in hybrid cloud deployment models and cloud-native design principles.
Proficiency with building and managing solutions within Microsoft Dataverse, including working with Dataverse tables, relationships, and data types; integrating with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI; and leveraging Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management for extensibility and advanced data operations.
Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, T-SQL, PL/SQL; experience in developing RESTful APIs and web services.
Deep understanding of information security standards and practices essential for safeguarding enterprise data across diverse systems.
Strong analysis skills with the ability to assess complex systems for performance optimization and security enhancements.
Demonstrated leadership in team management, project coordination, and stakeholder communication within Agile environments.
Knowledge of SDLC processes, DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, system deployment automation, and operating systems like Linux and Windows.
