Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This role requires proficiency in various computer applications, strong administrative skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring that our records are accurate and up-to-date.

Duties

Enter and update data into the company’s databases and systems with high accuracy.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files for easy retrieval.
Utilize Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, including the use of Pivot tables for data analysis.
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning documents, and responding to inquiries.
Assist with administrative duties as needed to support team operations.
Conduct regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for data entry.

Experience

Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic math skills for handling numerical data accurately.
Familiarity with office systems and procedures is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards.
