TITLE PROCESSOR/TABLE CLOSER/POST CLOSER ASSISTANT

Job description:

We’re a growing, relationship-driven title company looking for an experienced Processor/Table Closer/Post Closer Assistant who is self-motivated, takes ownership of their work and delivers a consistently high level of customer service. The right person has strong industry relationships, communicates with confidence, solves problems without being asked, and knows how to keep deals moving while making customers and agents feel supported every step of the way. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and brings a level of energy that customers remember. This role is responsible for managing real estate files from contract to post closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service to clients, lenders, and real estate professionals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process title orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Examine title commitments, policies, and related documents; clear all title requirements and curative matters
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and other parties throughout the transaction
Prepare and review legal documents, including deeds, avidavits, settlement statements, and curative instruments
Schedule and facilitate closings, ensuring all documents are properly executed and notarized
Handle table signings
Set up wire transfers and manage check disbursements
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Review and validate all post-closing documentation for completeness and accuracy
Audit closed loan packages to ensure compliance with lender, title, and regulatory requirements
Identify and resolve missing or incorrect documentation
Coordinate with lenders, escrow officers, and county recording offices to finalize files
Record documents electronically using Simplifile (eRecording)
Prepare files for recording, shipping, and final archiving Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as needed
Provide exceptional customer service and timely communication
Maintain organized, accurate transaction files from start to funding

Qualifications

Experience in real estate title processing, table closing and post closing
Knowledge of Florida real estate transactions, title insurance, and closing procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Notary Public certification preferred (or ability to obtain in Florida)

This is an in-office position (not remote)
