Full Job Description

This is a 100% remote position. Candidates must have access to reliable internet connection.

Multiple shifts available
Multiple locations: This position will be based remotely in one of the states listed: FL, IL, IN, MO, NC, SC, SD, VA, WI

Join IonTuition’s Customer Service team and help make a difference for students and alumni. As an Associate, you will handle inbound and outbound calls primarily reaching out to students on behalf of our clients.

What are the Primary Duties and Responsibilities?

Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, and texts while meeting productivity goals.
Provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance on all inquiries.
Document and update customer information in the CRM system.
Follow escalation procedures and company policies to ensure resolution.
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and client requirements.
Apply training materials effectively and share knowledge with team members.
Meet or exceed all performance metrics and KPIs.

What You Need to Be a Successful Customer Service Associate

Be passionate in the work you do and the people you help
Ability to establish and maintain rapport through effective communication and timely follow-up with customers
Attention to detail
Ability to establish priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
Must be a self-starter with a great degree of internal motivation
Ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems
Ability to trouble shoot common computer issues

Training Schedule: During the first two weeks of employment, training will be conducted Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 am – 5 pm CST.

Education and Qualifications: High school or equivalent

Salary: Starting at $17.50, depending on experience
