Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bartender / Server / Beverage Cart. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall member experience by delivering outstanding service with a professional demeanor and a pleasant personality.
Bartending:
· Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks.
· Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar area.
· Interact with members to take drink orders and provide recommendations when needed.
· Ensure responsible alcohol service and comply with all relevant regulations.
Serving:
· Take food orders and serve meals to members and guests in the dining areas.
· Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating and meeting the needs of members.
· Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
· Maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
Customer Relations:
· Greet members and guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
· Build positive relationships with members to enhance their overall experience.
· Address member concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
Professional Appearance:
· Always maintain a polished and professional appearance.
· Adhere to the dress code policy to reflect the high standards of The Royal Golf Course.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience as a bartender and server in a high-end establishment.
· Strong knowledge of beverage service, including cocktails and wines.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Professional appearance and demeanor.
Requirements:
· Must be at least 21 years of age.
· Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications.
· Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
