Full Job Description

Location: Irvine, CA (In-Office)

Overview:

Lulyboo is looking for a passionate and proactive sourcing professional to help expand our product categories and build strong factory partnerships around the world.

In this role, you'll identify new products, source and qualify factories, negotiate pricing, order samples, improve costs, and work closely with our team to bring innovative products to market. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys discovering new opportunities and turning ideas into successful products.

Responsibilities

Source new products and factories globally.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms.
Request and manage product samples.
Research trends and identify new product opportunities.
Drive cost improvements and margin growth.
Identify and develop new product categories to support Lulyboo's expansion.
Collaborate with product development and leadership to launch new categories.
Use AI and technology to improve sourcing efficiency and product research.

We're Looking For

3 to7 years of sourcing or product development experience.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Curious, organized, and highly motivated.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Passionate about finding new products and building supplier relationships.
Excited to use AI and modern technology to improve sourcing and product development.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals committed to advancing their careers in global procurement while contributing significantly to organizational success. Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
