Full Job Description

Adecco is seeking immediate candidates for the role of Injection Mold Setup Technician at a leading client facility in Wheeling, IL. Join our team and contribute to high-quality manufacturing in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate injection molding machinery, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
Use precision measurement tools and microscopes for detailed product analysis.
Assist with various aspects of product flow within the molding process, troubleshooting issues as needed.
Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and uphold safety standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED.
2-5 years of previous injection molding experience, including machinery and assembly.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-change environments with limited supervision; self-motivated and proactive.
Proficiency in reading and writing English; multilingual skills are a plus.

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:20 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:20 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:20 AM

Schedules follow a rotating pattern, with alternating weekends off, and the 3rd shift training will be completed on the 2nd shift for 4–6 weeks prior to transition.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
