Destination Geneva National is home to Lake Geneva’s premier restaurant group, including turf kitchen + tap and Paloma Cantina at the Clubhouse, the award-winning Hunt Club Steakhouse on the Player golf course , and Crafted Italia at Lodge GN.
We are seeking a motivated and service-driven F&B/Restaurant Supervisor to support daily operations across our resort dining outlets. With multiple indoor and outdoor venues, seasonal pop-ups, and private events, this role offers exceptional variety and hands-on leadership experience.
This position is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door and build a path toward Food & Beverage leadership within a dynamic resort environment.
Position Summary
The F&B/Restaurant Supervisor assists in leading front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance, and seamless service execution. Supervisors may work at any of the resort’s restaurant concepts based on business needs, including event-driven and outdoor seasonal operations.
This role serves as a stepping stone toward Restaurant Manager and broader F&B leadership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations during service
- Lead and support servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
- Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve concerns promptly
- Assist with scheduling, floor management, and shift assignments
- Support training and onboarding of new team members
- Monitor service standards and maintain brand consistency
- Assist with inventory management and cost control practices
- Support special events, outdoor dining, and private functions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Step in operationally as needed during peak and seasonal service
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of restaurant experience; prior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership presence and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume resort environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Hospitality or related education a plus
