Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef specializing in authentic Italian cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Italian cooking, a passion for excellence, and the ability to lead a dynamic kitchen environment.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee kitchen operations, create high-quality dishes, and foster a culture of teamwork, consistency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Culinary Execution: Prepare and present authentic Italian dishes, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
Menu Development: Collaborate with management to develop and refine menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients while maintaining traditional authenticity.
Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen functions, including inventory, food preparation, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, promoting professionalism and teamwork.
Quality Control: Maintain consistency through regular tastings, inspections, and adherence to established recipes and standards.
Innovation: Stay current with culinary trends while preserving the integrity of traditional Italian cuisine.

Qualifications

Bilingual (preferred)
Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Chef in an Italian restaurant or high-volume kitchen
Strong knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine, ingredients, and techniques
Proven leadership and team management skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Preferred Skills

Experience working with traditional Italian recipes
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams
Passion for delivering high-quality food and guest experiences
