Full Job Description

Senior Project Manager

Dual Electronics is in an active period of growth across a diverse consumer electronics brand portfolio, expanding our core automotive audio and video business while launching new lifestyle product categories. This new role exists to make that growth run smoothly.

The Project Manager is the execution backbone of the organization, sitting at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Product Development. This role does not own brand strategy or creative direction. It owns making sure what was decided happens, on time, with the right people involved.

Reporting directly to the head of the aftermarket division, the Project Manager connects the Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams. This frees management to focus at the strategic level while every launch campaign and sales commitment lands as planned.

Additionally, there may be some tasks that involve research into finding the best ways to move processes forward or solve issues that are stalling progress.

Launch Management & Cross-Functional Coordination (Primary Focus)

Master Launch Calendar: Build and maintain a centralized calendar covering all active product initiatives. Work backward from retailer submission deadlines, Amazon listing windows, and ship dates to set firm internal milestones for every team.
Deadline Architecture: Translate launch dates into function-level action items: when sourcing confirms cost, when packaging goes to print, when the sales team needs the sell sheet. Every department knows exactly what they own and when.
Proactive Coordination: Connect Marketing and Product Development into one operating rhythm. Surface issues before they become missed deadlines and bring recommended resolutions, not just problem reports.

Team Management

Team Oversight: Manage timelines and follow-through for all areas: in-office team members, remote workers, and overseas product teams. Own every active follow-up chain.
Risk & Accountability: Track commitments against timelines, escalate risks early, and hold members accountable.

Marketing, Channel & Communication Support

Asset & Brief Tracking: Work alongside the marketing team to ensure content, packaging, campaign timelines, and photography windows are scheduled and tracked against launch dates.
Sales Channel Readiness: Coordinate sell sheet and sample delivery ahead of buyer meetings. Track Amazon listing prep, eCommerce assets, and retail planogram submissions on schedule.
Meeting Cadence & Status: Run a lean standing meeting rhythm: a weekly touch base, biweekly initiative reviews, and post-launch review. Distribute clear written notes with owners and decisions.
Project Management: Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Planner or equivalent. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows with precision and follow-through.
Communication: Strong written communication, status updates, meeting notes, and escalations should be clear enough to require no follow-up questions.
Accountability & Judgment: Proven ability to hold internal and external teams to commitments, with the maturity to balance urgency and relationships.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Professional presence and interpersonal skill to serve Marketing, Product, and Sales simultaneously.

Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, national retail account processes (planogram submissions, new item setup), and Amazon Seller Central is a plus.

Education: College degree preferred in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
Professional Experience: 3–6 years of project management experience in a multi-product, multi-team environment, with a track record of managing physical product launches from development through retail distribution.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in consumer electronics, automotive accessories, or adjacent hardware categories is highly desirable. Comfort with and interest in physical consumer products is required.
Certification: Project management (PMP / PMO) certification is valued but not required.
Work Environment: This is a 100% in-office role at our headquarters in Heathrow, FL, on a standard Monday to Thursday work week, with occasional Fridays as needed.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
