Full Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. We are a 20-year, family-owned business promoting office equipment (copiers), IT management services, and business solutions software (cloud-management, etc) as a Kyocera dealer. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through warm and cold calling and effectively communicating the value of our products and services to potential customers. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong technical sales background, we want to hear from you!

The Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for selling Kyocera copiers and other office equipment, IT management, and software business solutions to new customers and upselling existing EBS customers via outbound calling in an office environment.

•Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience

•Effectively sell products and services to new and existing prospects

•Meet established activity targets and key performance indicators, including outbound calls per day, follow up calls, quotes sent, sales, and connects, etc

•Handle all prospects with courtesy and professionalism; Establish and maintain a high level of prospect satisfaction in all interactions

•Act as a product consultant when promoting, recommending and selling the value of Kyocera products and services

•Inform prospects of our product pricing model and Kyocera products competitive advantage compared to other service providers

•Effectively balance new lead generation versus follow up efforts

•Create a strong follow-up plan that will allow for greater efficiency and increased sales conversion rates

•Ensure database information is accurate and complete•Perform other duties as requested

•Office work environment where an employee may need to be seated for long periods of time while using a telephone headset and computer

Requirements:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development

- Strong ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

- Technical sales experience, preferably in software or technology sales

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional service

- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive for achieving targets
