We work alongside attorneys, physicians, rehabilitation providers, insurance companies, and families to ensure our clients receive exceptional care and support.

We are looking for an organized, dependable, and motivated Office Support Specialist who enjoys helping people and takes pride in keeping an office running smoothly.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent high school graduate, college student, or someone beginning an administrative career who wants to grow into a leadership position.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
Greet clients and visitors with compassion and professionalism
Organize and maintain client files (electronic and paper)
Scan, upload, and index documents
Monitor office email and route messages appropriately
Schedule medical appointments and follow-up calls
Contact physicians, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical offices
Track referrals and appointment calendars
Prepare client packets and office forms
Assist with Department of Human Services paperwork
Communicate daily with our Virtual Assistant to ensure projects stay on schedule
Order office supplies and maintain an organized workspace
Assist with social media posting and basic marketing tasks when needed
Run occasional local office errands
Complete additional administrative duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Administrative or customer service experience preferred but not required
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Comfortable using email, scanners, printers, and basic office technology
Reliable transportation
Professional appearance and communication skills

Schedule

Approximately 3 days per week
Flexible daytime hours
Opportunity for additional hours as the company grows
