NOW HIRING: ARCADE MACHINE TECHNICIAN – $80,000/YR (FULL-TIME, SOME TRAVEL REQUIRED)
Location: Various – Travel Required Every 2 Months
Salary: Starting at $80,000/year (Salaried Position)

Are you a seasoned arcade tech who knows their way around a claw machine, racing cab, and the occasional PCB repair? Do you have at least 3 years of hands-on experience maintaining machines at industry leaders like Dave & Buster’s, Round 1, Andretti’s, or similar venues?

We’re looking for someone who’s been in the trenches—fixing, tuning, rewiring, and keeping the fun alive. This is a long-term, full-time position with competitive pay and plenty of hands-on, meaningful work. Our central warehouse is located near PDX airport in Portland, OR.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Performing regular maintenance and repairs on a variety of arcade, redemption, and claw machines.
Troubleshooting electronic and mechanical issues on-site and remotely.
Traveling on scheduled arcade maintenance routes at least once every two months (all expenses covered).
Working with electronics, hand tools, wiring, and computer setups.
Field service support for the ongoing operations of multiple arcade locations.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of direct industry experience in arcade machine maintenance (Dave & Buster’s, Round 1, Andretti’s, or similar).
Strong proficiency with electronics, soldering, wiring, and use of hand tools.
Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to long-term employment.
Flexible, fully open schedule – this role often requires non-traditional hours.
Willingness to travel regularly for multi-day maintenance visits.
Basic understanding of computer networking and hardware systems
