Fine Dining Server / Hospitality Professional

We Don't Hire Servers. We build hospitality professionals.

If you're passionate about creating unforgettable experiences, learning the craft of fine dining, and becoming part of one of Missouri's most unique restaurants, keep reading.

At Capone's Speakeasy, every guest walks through our hidden entrance expecting something extraordinary. Our mission is simple:

Create experiences people can't stop talking about.

The food matters.

The cocktails matter.

The atmosphere matters.

We're looking for individuals who genuinely enjoy making others feel welcome and who believe great hospitality is an art.

What You'll Do

Our servers are much more than order takers.

You will become a guide, storyteller, and ambassador for the Capone's experience.

You'll help guests celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, first dates, promotions, and life's biggest moments.

Your responsibilities include:

Delivering polished, attentive, and personalized service
Learning our chef-driven menu and making thoughtful recommendations
Guiding guests through our curated wine, whiskey, beer, and cocktail selections
Creating memorable dining experiences through conversation and genuine hospitality
Anticipating guest needs before they ask
Maintaining exceptional attention to detail in every interaction
Working closely with chefs, bartenders, and teammates to create seamless service
Continuously learning about food, wine, bourbon, spirits, and hospitality
