Full Job Description

An upscale, growing medical spa in Woodinville is looking for an experienced Licensed Master Esthetician to also manage the day-to-day operations of the practice.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines client care, practice management, sales, retention, front-desk operations, and aesthetic services.

What You’ll Do

Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice and keep the schedule, team, and client flow running smoothly
Conduct consultations and recommend treatment plans based on client goals and needs
Build strong client relationships and support rebooking, retention, memberships, packages, and service growth
Follow up with leads and existing clients and help keep the appointment schedule active
Oversee front-desk operations, scheduling, client communication, check-in/check-out, and follow-up
Monitor clinic performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support revenue goals
Perform laser treatments, facials, HydraFacial, microneedling, and other aesthetic services
Support staff training, accountability, and day-to-day problem solving
Manage inventory and ensure treatment rooms and common areas are properly maintained
Help with social media content, promotions, events, and other marketing activities

Requirements

Active Washington State Master Esthetician license
Minimum 2 years of hands-on laser experience
Minimum 2 years of completed college coursework or an Associate degree
Experience with laser hair removal, pigmentation treatments, facials, HydraFacial, and microneedling
Experience conducting consultations and recommending treatment plans
Strong customer service and sales skills
Strong organization, communication, and computer skills
Management or leadership experience strongly preferred

Schedule

Tuesday through Saturday
10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Full-time
In-person

Pay

Final salary based on experience, qualifications, leadership background, treatment expertise, and overall fit for the role.

Additional Compensation

In addition to base salary and benefits, this position may include:

Service commission on eligible treatments performed
Retail product commission
Performance-based bonuses
Employees keep 100% of the tips they receive
Tips are paid daily
Additional compensation opportunities may be available based on experience, performance, or an established client base
