Full Job Description

Event & Party Support

We are looking for an organized, energetic, hands-on person to join our team and assist with the preparation and execution of parties, events, and rentals.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to make events come together beautifully and efficiently. You’ll help keep our rental inventory organized, prepare items for events, assist with event setup and breakdown, and make sure everything is accounted for and ready to go.

Responsibilities

Assist with preparing and organizing rental items for upcoming events
Pull, pack, clean, count, and return rental inventory
Maintain an organized and accurate inventory system
Help with loading and unloading event and rental items
Assist with event setup, styling, and breakdown as needed
Check rental items for cleanliness, condition, and completeness
Organize storage areas and keep inventory easy to locate
Help track missing, damaged, or returned items
Assist with deliveries, pickups, and occasional event-day needs
Work closely with the event and administrative team to ensure orders are prepared correctly
Perform general organizational and operational tasks as needed

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Dependable and able to follow through
Comfortable working on their feet and doing physical work
Able to lift and move event/rental items
A good problem solver who can think on their feet
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
Professional, friendly, and reliable
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced event environment
Available for occasional evenings and/or weekends when events require it

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:

Events management: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
