Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining establishment. Duties

Work with GM to manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food production, service delivery, and staff supervision to ensure smooth daily functioning
Lead and motivate a diverse team of kitchen staff, servers, bartenders, and support personnel to deliver top-tier customer experiences
Oversee food preparation and handling processes to maintain high standards of food safety and quality control
Coordinate shift schedules, monitor performance, and provide coaching to optimize team productivity and morale
Ensure compliance with health regulations, sanitation standards, and safety protocols across all departments
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs related to food management and kitchen operations
Cultivate a welcoming environment by engaging with guests, addressing concerns promptly, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction

Skills

Extensive experience in food service management with a strong background in restaurant operations and hospitality management
Proven supervising experience within the food industry, including kitchen management and food handling expertise
Deep knowledge of culinary practices such as food preparation, cooking techniques, catering, banquet operations, and dietary department standards
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage shift schedules effectively, and foster a positive work environment
Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on serving diverse clientele and ensuring memorable dining experiences
Familiarity with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
Experience in managing barista or coffee operations is a plus; knowledge of beverage services enhances versatility in hospitality roles
