Adena Corporation is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team in Lakeland, Florida. As the primary on-site IT resource for our main Florida office, this position provides hands-on technical support to employees while working closely with our Ohio-based IT team and Managed Service Provider (MSP).

Primary Job responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary on-site IT resource for the Lakeland office, providing hands-on technical support for hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and related technology issues.
- Respond to and resolve IT support requests for employees across multiple office locations using remote support tools and the company ticketing system.
- Install, configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and related technology equipment.
- Provide first-level support for business applications, including Microsoft 365, Sage Timberline, Vista Viewpoint, and other company software systems.
- Assist with user account management, onboarding and offboarding activities, asset inventory tracking, and routine IT administrative tasks.
- Support the Network Administrator and MSP with system upgrades, security initiatives, equipment deployments, office expansions, and other IT projects.
- Adhere to company safety policies and applicable OSHA requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
