Position Overview:

We are seeking to add to our Loan Processing team an individual to assist with the daily needs of a growing department.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process loan documents

· Communicate status of loans between departments

· Looking up property appraiser reports

· Using Fema flood maps to ensure flood zones

· Utilizing Zillow to confirm property information (checking for rapid high price appreciation)

· Review documents for accuracy

· Be knowledgeable of all loan servicer requirements

· General Loan Processing support as needed

· Attend group meetings

· Update operating systems as directed

· Order insurance and review for accuracy

· Other tasks as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

· Must be detail oriented

· Excellent time management skills

· Knowledge of all aspects of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

· Ability to learn and effectively utilize online software applications.

· Excellent communication skills & above average organizational skills.

· Real estate knowledge not required but is a plus.

· Keeping up with assigned tasks and follow-through is extremely important.

· Self motivated.

Additional Information:

· Paid time after probationary period

· Work schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM – 5 PM

Pay: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
