Full Job Description

Legacy Housing Corporation (NASDAQ: LEGH) seeks a motivated and self-driven Territory Account Manager to grow our business. The right candidate's primary responsibility is to develop and maintain strong relationships with the accounts in their assigned territory by providing exceptional, hospitality-driven service. They will be selling Legacy homes 100% wholesale. The Territory Account Manager continuously sources new business opportunities, collaborates with dealers and community owners, and ensures a smooth and efficient sales process.

This is an exciting opportunity for an outgoing self-starter with an eye for detail and includes a competitive base salary plus unlimited commission, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and comprehensive health benefits. We offer a clear path for career growth and leadership opportunities. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and enjoys considerable visibility within our publicly traded organization.

The position is located at our office in Fort Worth, TX and requires the ability to travel some of the time. All employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check which may include your criminal, work, education, and credit histories.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Cultivate and sustain meaningful, results-driven relationships with clients and business collaborators
Understand customer goals and challenges, then establish Legacy Housing as the best solution available
Partner with internal departments to drive sales and client experience
Generate quotations and efficiently process orders in alignment with Company standards and protocols
Guide our customers through the process of financing their homes
Contribute to the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and industry events to enhance brand presence and generate leads
Proactively escalate and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold a high-quality client experience
Manages time efficiently, meets sales goals and works effectively with other members of the team

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of relevant sales or customer-facing experience
Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel as needed (25%), including evening or early morning appointments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with a broad range of customers through clear, respectful, and solution-oriented communication
High degree of personal accountability and a strong, self-motivated work ethic
Thorough understanding of financing processes, as all Legacy products are financed in-house.
Proven success managing multiple client relationships while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish and English
Familiarity with the housing, construction, or manufacturing industries
Strong interpersonal instincts and emotional intelligence, with an ability to connect authentically with clients from diverse backgrounds
Passion for helping people make informed, confident decisions about their investment
Strong data entry and documentation skills with attention to accuracy
Comfortable presenting products or services to individuals and groups, in-person or virtually
Understanding of sales cycles, account management, and customer retention strategies
