Part-Time to Full-Time Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
Location: In Person & Telehealth
Organization: Unified Therapy & Wellness Center
Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor | Paid 50% Per Session

Unified Therapy & Wellness Center is a private, family-owned wellness practice dedicated to supporting the mental, emotional, and overall well-being of our community. We provide a warm, collaborative environment where therapists can focus on delivering high-quality care while maintaining professional autonomy. Our approach emphasizes whole-person wellness and creating a supportive space for both clients and clinicians. We also offer massage therapy for a full wellness experience.

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our growing practice. This position is ideal for a clinician who is comfortable working independently, values flexibility, and is interested in building a steady caseload in a supportive private practice setting.

This role offers part-time hours with the opportunity to grow into full-time based on availability and caseload.

Responsibilities

Provide individual, couples, or family therapy to clients across the lifespan
Conduct sessions using a hybrid model of in-person and telehealth services
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Develop treatment plans and track client progress
Communicate professionally with clients and administrative staff
Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state licensing requirements

Qualifications

Licensed or license-eligible in Florida: LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related mental health field
Comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth services
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Strong communication and clinical skills
Open availability preferred to help accommodate client scheduling needs

Compensation

1099 Independent Contractor position
Paid 50% per session
Compensation based on experience, licensure, and caseload
