This mission-critical team is responsible for ensuring real-time technician dispatch, ETA accuracy, billing accuracy, and quality control. Available Shift:

Thursday: 12pm-6pm, Friday-Sunday: 6am-6pm

Key Responsibilities:

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Real-Time Dispatch Management: Coordinate technician dispatch to ensure timely responses to service calls.
Billing Accuracy: Ensure invoices match the work performed, preventing billing variances.
Documentation Review: Analyze technician documentation, including photos, job notes, and timeclock alignment.
Quality Control: Maintain 100% financial integrity while closing events and ensuring service accuracy.
Communication: Collaborate effectively with technicians, advisors, and breakdown agents to maintain operational flow.

This role requires working in a fast-paced digital command center, handling multiple events simultaneously while maintaining strict adherence to structured SOPs.
