We are looking for a fast, organized, and reliable warehouse team member to support our live commerce operations across Whatnot and TikTok Shop
This role is part warehouse, part live-sale support, and part operations. You will help prepare the live room, organize products, support hosts while they are live, pick and pack orders, label sold items, and make sure every order is shipped accurately.
The best person for this role is detail-oriented, quick on their feet, comfortable around fast-moving inventory, and excited by ecommerce, live shopping, and growing with a small but fast-moving team. If you like being on camera, there may also be an opportunity to train into a live host role over time.
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, label, and organize orders from Whatnot, TikTok Shop, and other ecommerce channels
- Prepare products before live shows, including sorting, stickering, staging, and organizing inventory
- Set up and reset the live selling room before and after shows
- Support the live host during shows by finding products, reading chat, tracking sold items, and preparing the next items to run
- Sticker or mark sold items clearly so the team knows what needs to ship and to which customer
- Keep inventory organized so products are easy to find quickly during live sales
- Help identify what items are selling, what is moving slowly, and what should be shown next
- Communicate clearly with hosts and managers during fast-paced live sales
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse/workroom
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

- Comfortable standing, moving, lifting, sorting, and packing throughout the day
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Whatnot, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon, or ecommerce
- Warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or inventory experience
- Experience working around live video, social media, or livestream selling
- Interest in becoming a live host in the future
- Experience with fast-moving retail, thrift, resale, apparel, toys, or collectibles
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and move for long periods
- Must be able to lift boxes up to 40 lbs
- Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment
Growth Opportunity:
This is not just a basic warehouse job. We are building a live commerce operation, and the right person can grow into more responsibility, including inventory lead, live sale coordinator, or even live host if they enjoy being on camera.
