Property Sciences (www.propsci.com) is a national residential and commercial real estate valuation, appraisal management, and collateral due diligence services firm. Founded in 1984, with expertise in all major categories of real estate, many of the largest users of valuation services in the nation depend on Property Sciences to provide timely and accurate real estate information. We are appraiser owned and operated, employing over 60 full time appraisal professionals involved in all facets of company operations, sharing a common mission of working together to provide the highest level of personalized service in the appraisal industry.

Demand for our services and our client base continues to grow. We are strategically expanding and seeking to hire full-time several residential Appraisal Reviewers in our Quality Control department.

Excellent earning potential – base hourly compensation plus monthly bonuses. Our employee reviewers are paid a competitive base hourly rate for stable income in addition to monthly bonuses for productivity and quality of work.

A strong support group of like-minded professional peers. Most company appraisers average 15+ years of experience, ready to lend a hand and provide input when you need it to help you manage your way through complex valuation issues.
The support of a strong and hardworking administrative team. Dedicated internal associates assist our appraisers with document collection, information coordination, and resolution of service escalations, allowing our appraisers to stay focused on appraisal valuation.

QUALIFICATIONS

ACI/Win Total/Appraise-IT familiarity
UAD 3.6 format familiarity
Ideal candidate is looking for a 9AM - 6PM work schedule based on employee location
Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Active appraisal license required.
Solid USPAP knowledge.
Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and flexible.
Previous work experience in residential real estate appraisals
