Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour with Bonus and Commission Opportunities

Expected hours: 40 per week with hours per working day ranging between 6-10 hours

How You’ll Make an Impact:

As the Brand Ambassador/Event Coordinator, you will oversee all aspects of your market. This person will be responsible for creating all the systems needed to manage this program. It is a position that requires a self-starter and highly proactive person.

This is a full-time position, weeknights and weekends will be required during shows and events, the remaining hours will be met in the office.

This is a very “hands on” position which requires the person in the role to maintain proper communication with the Brand Marketing Coordinator, call center staff, and other members of the team.

Responsibilities:

Find new home shows and events to participate in throughout our service areas.
Ensure proper set up and tear down of shows (including transportation of the show equipment when needed).
Align all staffing for shows.
Coordinate with call center manager for appointment availability, enter leads and appointments into CRM.
Maintain visibility and track the performance of completed shows and events.
Work with Marketing to assist in designing promotional materials for shows and events.
Follow up with prospects from shows and events.
Complete rehash calls when necessary.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2+ years of sales, customer service, or lead generation experience required.
Home Improvement industry experience is preferred but not required.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing regulations.
Professional approach while possessing leadership characteristics.
Display the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining effective customer service skills.
Neat and professional appearance.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to pass drug-screen and background check

Physical Requirements for the role:
Stamina and Endurance

Climbing/Bending/Kneeling: Setting up booths, decorations, or signage may involve occasional bending or climbing ladders.
Manual Dexterity
Ability to handle tools and equipment, adjust setups, or operate audio-visual and tech gear.
May require fine motor skills for tasks like arranging displays or setting up electronics.
Visual and Auditory Ability
Good vision to inspect setups, read signs/plans, and monitor event conditions.
Strong hearing to communicate in noisy environments and understand announcements or walkie-talkie instructions.
Communication
Clear verbal communication to direct staff and vendors, especially in fast-paced or noisy settings.
