Full Job Description

Job Summary
The Front End Associate plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support at our facility. This position involves engaging with clients, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and be adept at handling various tasks related to client interactions and administrative duties. Alternate role as a Psychometrist administering testing to patients.

Duties

Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing assistance as needed.
Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and responding to inquiries.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Administer neuropsychological testing to patients on a rotating basis

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters in Psychology is a must.

Experience working with children is preferred.
Familiarity with medical documentation processes and HIPAA compliance.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
A background in a mental health or medical office setting or related fields is a plus.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and documentation practices.
Familiarity with the Medent system is a plus.
