What You'll DoBuild Relationships That Last
- Create exceptional customer experiences from greeting through follow-up.
- Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Utilize clienteling tools to stay connected with guests and maintain meaningful relationships.
- Capture important customer information including anniversaries, birthdays, wish lists, and special occasions.
Achieve Personal and Team Goals
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Support Care Plan and financing objectives.
- Identify opportunities to provide additional services including repairs, appraisals, redesign projects, and custom jewelry.
- Participate in promotions, trunk shows, and special events.
Become a Trusted Jewelry Advisor
Assist clients with:
- Engagement Rings
- Bridal Jewelry
- Fashion Jewelry
- Repairs and Restorations
- Jewelry Redesign
- Estate Jewelry
- Anniversary Upgrades
- Special Occasion Gifts
Learn product knowledge, diamond basics, gemstones, trends, and luxury selling techniques through ongoing training.
Maintain an Inspiring Environment
- Help maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Support inventory presentation and case appearance.
- Participate in team meetings and role-playing activities.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative culture.

What We're Looking ForPreferred Experience
- Jewelry sales experience preferred but not required.
- Luxury retail, fashion, cosmetics, bridal, hospitality, or commission sales experience welcomed.
- Previous success in meeting sales goals.
