Full Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dietary Aide who can help prepare and serve meals, maintain cleanliness, and ensure our residents receive nutritious and delicious food. This role requires excellent teamwork and a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and quality.

Responsibilities:

Prepare meals and beverages according to specific procedures and dietary guidelines.
Serve meals while maintaining sanitation and quality standards.
Store stock appropriately to maintain cleanliness and prevent food spoilage.
Accurately record meals served and monitor food temperatures to ensure safety.
Clean assigned dining areas following established procedures.
Wash dishes and utensils according to acceptable standards of practice.
Ensure compliance with sanitation and health regulations.
Participate in menu planning and contribute ideas for meal improvements.

Qualifications:

Experience in a dietary or food service role is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Knowledge of sanitation and food safety regulations is a plus.
