Job Summary

Bespoke Wealth Advisory Group, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services® LLC. is seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Service Associate to join our team and elevate the client experience. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, efficient account management, and exceptional customer service. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will drive client satisfaction, foster long-term relationships, and support the growth of our client portfolio. This key position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in project management, CRM systems, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Administrative assistance 60%

· Prepare correspondence for advisor signature

· Track all client and practice materials including business correspondence

· Follow-up with home office on related issues

· Schedule client appointments and prepare agendas/ forms for appointments

· Conduct client appointment reminder calls and check-in calls on follow up items

· Assist the planning assistant, paraplanner, associate financial advisors and advisors

· Perform other allowable duties as assigned by the financial advisors

Client care 40%

· Greet clients upon arrival and extend hospitality to clients

· Set up and maintain client management system

· Write email or letters to clients and administer client appreciation

· Answering and documenting client contacts/calls

· Track client special events and make appropriate contact per established client contact model

Key Traits of a Successful Client Service Associate:

· Attention to detail and organization

· Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow

· Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients/advisors/staff

· Strong organizational and computer skills

· Effective and efficient time management

· Polite and clear phone manner

· Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by advisor and Ameriprise

· Ability to support and provide guidance for compliance within the advisor’s practice

Education and Other Designations:

· College degree or equivalent work experience

· 4+ years of experience in similar roles

· SIE, FINRA Series 7, Series 66 and Insurance License (or desire to obtain)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
