Full Job Description

At Cassel, we transform vehicles into moving brand statements through custom wraps and fleet graphics, supported by decals and signage that complete the look. We’re a collaborative, fast‑paced team that values craftsmanship, communication, and keeping projects moving smoothly from concept to completion.

JOB SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to help bring our brand to life and keep our marketing moving. This role blends content creation, social media, and campaign support—capturing photos and videos, creating engaging posts, and helping execute digital initiatives. You’ll play a hands-on role in growing our online presence, connecting with our audience, and keeping our marketing fresh, consistent, and engaging.

Social Media Management
Content Creation

Data Reporting & Performance Insights
Event Coverage & Content Support

1. SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

Plan, schedule, and publish content across social platforms
Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages
Build relationships by engaging with clients, partners, and employee content
Track performance and recommend improvements

2. CONTENT CREATION

Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content (in-house and on-site)
Edit and optimize visuals for social, web, and marketing use
Write engaging copy for social posts, blogs, and campaigns

3. DIGITAL MARKETING

Support digital campaigns across social, email, and paid channels
Collaborate on ad creative, campaign setup, and ongoing updates
Create and manage email newsletters

4. GRAPHIC DESIGN

Design social graphics, email visuals, and basic digital assets
Assist with marketing materials, including signage and wrap concepts
Maintain organized templates and design files

5. DATA REPORTING & PERFORMANCE INSIGHTS

Track and organize marketing performance data across channels
Assist with reporting and identifying trends and opportunities
Maintain dashboards and reporting tools

6. EVENT COVERAGE & CONTENT SUPPORT

Capture photo/video content at company events and team gatherings
Support content for recruiting, internal communications, and brand storytelling

EXPERIENCE:

Associate/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design or related fields
Social media experience, photography, and videography is a plus

SKILLS:

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
Creative, curious, and eager to learn new trends, tools, and technologies
Proficient in Mac platforms, Adobe Creative Suite (including video tools), and Microsoft 365
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions and prioritize effectively
