Position Summary:

The Administrative Coordinator for Conference Center Services is responsible for assuring that all events, meetings, seminars, etc. held in the Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health conference center spaces are executed, planned, and communicated successfully to the ends users’ satisfaction, possessing a technical aptitude to serve as first line backup to the Multimedia Technician.

Responsibilities:

Minimum Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent GED .

Three 3 years experience in computer skills, with knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, graphics and file management.

Three 3 years experience with audio visual equipment set-up and troubleshooting.

Demonstrated previous experience with written communication projects.
-
A health care provider in good standing with Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal and state health insurance programs, i.e. not excluded from participation in Medicare, Medicaid, or any other federal state health insurance program.

Associate or Bachelors Degree in a complimentary field.
