At Keystruct Construction, we build more than just structures—we build teams that take pride in doing things right, safely, and on time. - Create and maintain short-term lookahead schedules for manpower and material needs.
- Ensure crews and subcontractors clearly understand project requirements and contract scope.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate field personnel to maintain high performance standards.
- Act as the on-site point of contact for change orders, communicating promptly with the Project Manager and gathering key information for pricing.
- Monitor daily job site safety and cleanliness—lead by example and hold the team accountable.
- Perform daily walkthroughs to ensure quality control and production goals are met.
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of all company tools, vehicles, and jobsite conditions.
- Respond to incidents immediately and complete incident reports within 24 hours.
- Foster a positive, respectful job-site culture aligned with Keystruct’s core values.
- Perform additional duties as needed and uphold all company policies and procedures.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years of construction experience in a supervisory role or commercial/industrial general contracting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to clearly convey expectations and updates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt as needed.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and a demonstrated commitment to jobsite safety.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and project management software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Must be professional, ethical, and courteous at all times—representing Keystruct in every interaction.
