SERVICE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER REPRESENTATIVE – MONROE NISSAN

Your mission: DRIVE SERVICE TRAFFIC. FILL THE SCHEDULE. CREATE OPPORTUNITY. RETAIN CUSTOMERS.

Monroe Nissan is looking for a motivated, high-energy Service Business Development Center Representative who knows how to communicate, follow up, and turn conversations into appointments.

This is not a position for someone who wants to simply answer phones.

Our Service BDC is a critical part of our Fixed Operations growth strategy. You will be responsible for keeping our service drive busy, reconnecting with customers, generating appointments, following up on opportunities, and making sure customers continue choosing Monroe Nissan for their automotive needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Handle inbound and outbound service calls, texts, emails, and customer inquiries
Schedule and confirm service appointments
Contact customers with declined service recommendations and help bring them back into the dealership
Reach out to customers with open recalls and manufacturer campaigns
Follow up with customers who are due or overdue for maintenance
Re-engage customers who have not serviced with us recently
Help maximize the service schedule by filling open appointment opportunities
Make appointment confirmation and reminder calls
Follow up on missed and canceled appointments
Assist customers with basic service questions and properly route technical concerns when necessary
Maintain accurate and detailed customer notes in our CRM and dealership systems
Consistently follow established customer contact processes
Work directly with Service Advisors and Service Management to identify opportunities and increase service traffic
Track appointment activity, show rates, conversions, and follow-up performance
Help build long-term customer relationships and improve customer retention
Promote available service specials, maintenance packages, and dealership programs
Maintain professional and consistent communication across every customer interaction

WHO YOU ARE

Confident on the phone and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
Able to communicate professionally through phone, text, and email
Competitive and motivated by goals
Organized enough to manage multiple follow-up opportunities without letting customers fall through the cracks
Comfortable overcoming objections and asking for the appointment
Able to create urgency without creating pressure
Reliable, accountable, and consistent
Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment
Able to work independently while remaining part of a larger Fixed Operations team
Detail-oriented when documenting customer interactions
Comfortable working with performance goals and measurable KPIs

EXPERIENCE WE VALUE

Automotive experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
