Office Clerk / Administrative Assistant – Quartz Hill Driving & Traffic School (Quartz Hill, CA)

Quartz Hill Driving & Traffic School is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Office Clerk / Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills, and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

About the Role

As our Office Clerk / Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for students and customers, assisting with scheduling, answering questions, processing registrations, and providing outstanding customer service. You'll play an important role in ensuring our office runs smoothly while supporting our instructors and management team.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally
Assist customers with driving lesson and traffic school registrations
Schedule driving lessons and coordinate instructor appointments
Process payments and maintain accurate student records
Perform daily data entry and update internal systems
Verify paperwork and ensure student files are complete
Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with students as needed
Assist with general office and administrative duties

Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous customer service experience (phone and email) a plus
Basic computer applications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
Professional, friendly, and dependable
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
