Exclusive Mortgage Company is looking for motivated individuals who want to build a career in the mortgage industry.

This opportunity is ideal for:

New loan officers who are working toward obtaining their NMLS license
Real estate agents who want to expand their business by becoming licensed mortgage loan officers
Sales professionals who are interested in changing careers
Motivated individuals who are comfortable building relationships and helping clients

No previous mortgage experience is required. We are looking for people who are professional, dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.

Mortgage and loan program training
Support from experienced mortgage professionals

Opportunities to work with FHA, VA, Conventional, Down Payment Assistance, and other loan programs

Real estate agents can continue working in real estate while adding mortgage financing to the services they provide, subject to licensing and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

Must be willing to obtain an NMLS mortgage loan originator license
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated and willing to build referral relationships
Sales or real estate experience is helpful, but not required
Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus

This is a commission-based position. Your income will depend on your production, experience, and ability to develop business.
