Full Job Description

At Eden Resort & Suites, you'll be part of a team that makes every guest feel like family. As a Bell Attendant, you'll create a welcoming environment by ensuring smooth arrivals and departures for our guests. Your role will be vital in enhancing their overall experience, making sure they feel cared for from the moment they step through our doors. We're looking for someone who can work weekends and holidays, who shares in our commitment to excellence and has a genuine desire to help others.

Compensation:

$17 hourly

Responsibilities:

Takes initiative to greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Open doors, greet guests, and assist with luggage.
Keep the lobby area tidy by sweeping and removing refuse.
Assist guests by giving directions and providing important information about the Resort and local attractions.
Bus luggage porter.
Assist with check-in desk as needed.
May assist other departments as necessary.
Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

Expert in the art of gracious hospitality.
Positive, outgoing individual.
Customer service oriented, ensures that every guest has an excellent experience.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

At least one (1) year of hotel or customer service experience is preferred. A valid Pennsylvania Class A Commercial Driver's License is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift up to seventy (70) pounds for luggage assistance.
