- Professional Client Care - Communicate respectfully with homeowners, explain progress appropriately, protect the property, and maintain a clean and organized experience in and around the home.
- Early Issue Reporting - Raise field conflicts, concealed conditions, material needs, safety concerns, and customer-requested changes early so management can respond before they affect quality, cost, or schedule.
- Clean and Safe Jobsites - Protect work areas, finished surfaces, furnishings, access areas, tools, and people. Control hazards, dust, debris, cords, and daily cleanup so each site remains secure and presentable.
- Reliable Completion - Move assigned work steadily toward completion, correct deficiencies, and communicate risks promptly rather than leaving commitments unfinished.
