Full Job Description

We are seeking Cartbarn Attendants (outside golf service staff) who will play a key role in delivering an exceptional golf experience for members and guests. Some knowledge of and familiarity with the game of golf is highly preferred. This position is responsible for providing high-level customer service, maintaining golf operations areas, and ensuring all players are prepared for their round.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet members and guests upon arrival and assist with golf bags and equipment
Deliver a friendly, professional, and attentive level of service at all times
Load and unload golf bags from vehicles and carts
Prepare, stage, clean, and store golf carts according to club standards
Maintain a clean and organized bag room, cart barn, practice areas, etc.
Set up and break down the practice range, including picking up balls and maintaining adequate supplies
Provide information about course conditions, club policies, and daily operations
Assist with pace of play monitoring and on-course service when needed
Ensure all equipment is handled safely and respectfully

This position requires customer service experience, communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a positive attitude. A flexible work schedule and golf knowledge is preferred. A current driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. is required.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
