Front Desk Patient Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location: Lancaster, PA
Pay: Starting at $18/hour, based on experience, with opportunities for performance-based raises and bonuses.
Schedule: Part-time (approximately 20–30 hours per week), with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as the practice continues to grow.

About ROA Clinic

ROA Clinic is a physician-led boutique medical aesthetics practice dedicated to delivering thoughtful, natural results and an exceptional patient experience. We believe every patient interaction—from the moment they walk through our doors to the moment they leave—should feel warm, seamless, and personalized.

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Patient Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

Welcome patients and assist with check-in and check-out
Schedule appointments and communicate with patients via phone, text, and email
Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
Take standardized before-and-after photographs
Assist with retail product sales and restocking
Monitor and organize product and office inventory
Help maintain a clean, polished reception area and shared spaces
Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Occasionally assist with capturing simple clinic photos or videos for social media

Qualifications

Friendly, professional, and dependable
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using computers and learning practice management software
Experience in a medical office, aesthetics practice, hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred
Interest in skincare and aesthetics is a plus
