About the Position

Landis Financial Advisors is seeking a Registered Financial Associate to support our financial advisors with client service, account administration, appointment preparation, and operational support.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and highly respected firm in Lancaster County, PA affiliated with LPL Financial, the nation’s largest independent broker-dealer.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and motivated to grow within the financial services industry. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, a commitment to ethical conduct, and the willingness to learn and embrace our firm’s established systems and service model.

Performance-based bonuses are available as advisors and the firm achieve growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for advisor phone calls and client communications
Schedule appointments and prepare meeting materials and account-opening documentation
Assist with servicing client accounts and handling follow-up requests in a timely and professional manner
Deliver exceptional client service through strong communication and attention to detail
Accept and process trade requests accurately and efficiently
Maintain and organize client files and records to ensure accuracy and compliance
Provide operational and administrative support to advisors
Assist in preparing for client review meetings and ongoing relationship management
Occasionally participate in client meetings alongside advisors
Stay current on industry trends, compliance requirements, and company policies
Maintain active securities registrations and licensing requirements

Qualifications

Active Series 7 and Series 63 registrations required
SIE required
2+ years of experience in the financial services industry preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Experience with LPL Financial systems and/or Redtail CRM is a plus

Compensation & BenefitsCompensation

Base salary plus performance-based incentives
On-target earnings: $80,000 – $100,000
