Position: All-Lines Claims Adjuster
Position Type: Contract-to-Hire
Compensation: up to $35.00
Location: Dallas, Texas 75247

Job Summary:
Experienced All-Lines Claims Adjuster responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving a wide range of insurance claims, including bodily injury, property damage, collision, liability, and casualty losses. Skilled in conducting thorough investigations, determining coverage, assessing liability, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations. Proven ability to manage complex claim files while delivering exceptional customer service to policyholders, claimants, attorneys, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and adjust first-party and third-party insurance claims involving bodily injury and property damage.
Review policy coverage, determine liability, and evaluate damages based on claim facts and applicable laws.
Conduct recorded statements, interviews, scene investigations, and claim inspections.
Analyze police reports, medical records, repair estimates, witness statements, and other supporting documentation.
Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, medical providers, and vendors within designated authority limits.
Manage complex bodily injury claims, including soft-tissue injuries, severe injury claims, and litigation files.
Evaluate and resolve property damage claims involving vehicles, structures, and personal property.
Coordinate with independent adjusters, appraisers, legal counsel, medical professionals, and repair facilities.
Maintain accurate claim documentation and timely diary management.
Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate suspicious claims for further investigation.
Ensure compliance with state insurance regulations, company guidelines, and industry best practices.
Provide superior customer service while maintaining claim quality and productivity standards.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Active Adjuster License.
3+ years of experience handling bodily injury and property damage claims.
Strong knowledge of insurance principles, liability investigations, coverage analysis, and claims handling practices.
Experience managing claims from first notice of loss through final resolution.
Familiarity with applicable state laws, negligence concepts, and insurance regulations.
Proficiency with claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
