Responsibilities

Oversee daily front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries to ensure seamless service delivery.
Lead and motivate the front office team to uphold high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and efficiency.
Manage property management systems such as Lightspeed.
Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing clear communication and resolving guest issues promptly.
Implement hotel emergency procedures effectively, ensuring staff are trained and prepared for any situation.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs swiftly and efficiently.
Maintain comprehensive records of guest interactions, night audits, and incident reports to support operational excellence.
Foster positive guest relations through personalized service, problem-solving skills, and attentive communication.

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment.
Strong knowledge of hotel management systems such as Lightspeed or similar property management software.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced setting.
Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and guest relations best practices.
Ability to lead a team with energetic enthusiasm while maintaining attention to detail and organizational skills.
Previous experience working in resort settings or with hospitality reservation systems is preferred.
