Position Summary
Techdow USA is a growing generic pharmaceutical company seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Associate to support key operational and compliance functions across the organization. This entry-level role will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and external partners to help ensure efficient day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and accurate business reporting.
This position is ideal for an early-career professional interested in pharmaceutical operations, supply chain management, and commercial analytics within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
3PL & Commercial Operations Support
- Support daily coordination and communication with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Assist with monitoring order processing, product shipments, returns, back orders, and service level performance.
- Help resolve operational issues related to distribution, customer orders, and inventory discrepancies.
- Support implementation and maintenance of commercial operations processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Vendor Management Support
- Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, wholesalers, and service providers.
- Track vendor performance metrics, invoices, and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate meetings, documentation, and follow-up actions with key business partners.
- Support onboarding of new vendors and maintain accurate vendor records and documentation.
DSCSA Compliance Support
- Assist with activities related to compliance with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA).
- Support serialization, product tracing, and transaction data management processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external trading partners to address compliance-related issues.
- Maintain documentation and records necessary for regulatory audits and reporting requirements.
- Monitor evolving DSCSA requirements and support implementation of process updates as needed.
Sales Enablement & Customer Execution
- Act as a key commercial partner to the CCO / Head of Sales in executing U.S. sales and customer strategies.
- Support management of targeted customers, including wholesalers, GPOs, retail chains, and specialty distributors.
- Prepare customer-specific analyses, performance reviews, business updates, and materials for customer meetings.
- Participate in customer calls and meetings, and tradeshows as appropriate, supporting agenda preparation, follow-up actions, and sales tracking.
- Monitor customer purchasing behavior and compliance with commercial and contractual terms.
- Assist leadership with ad hoc reporting and data analysis requests.
- Support monthly business reviews and commercial performance presentations.
Additional Responsibilities
As Commercial Operations Associate YOU will be responsible for understanding and applying concepts to manage all related matters. Attention to learning and seeking out new efficiencies are critical for this role. The responsibilities outlined below are critical functions and are not considered all inclusive.

- Maintains some knowledge about importation and exportation requirements.
Required Experience
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
- 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations, supply chain, commercial analytics, or a related field.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with wholesalers, distributors, GPOs, or large healthcare accounts.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
