Full Job Description

Children's Manor and Magnet Montessori Schools (CMMS) is an early childhood education company dedicated to preparing children to excel in a global society by providing an academically rigorous, engaging, and supportive learning environment grounded in the Montessori method. With ten locations across Maryland, CMMS is seeking a Marketing and Enrollment Coordinator/Manager to partner with the marketing and operations teams to execute initiatives that drive student enrollment and support brand growth.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

· Support marketing initiatives by planning, executing, and tracking campaigns (email, events, social media, and content marketing).

· Partner with School Directors and the Admissions Team to communicate with prospective families and follow up on inquiries, with a focus on enrollment conversion.

· Monitor and report on Facebook ad performance; refresh creative and/or copy approximately monthly (or as needed).

· Update and develop website content as needed; WordPress and Elementor knowledge preferred.

· Create, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters (Mailchimp).

· Maintain, organize, and keep prospect and inquiry lists up to date in the CRM.

· Pull and analyze basic marketing performance reports (social media insights, website traffic, etc.) and share takeaways with stakeholders.

· Assist with coordinating events such as open houses and school activities, including promotion and post-event follow-up.

Preferred Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience in marketing, admissions/enrollment, ideally in a school setting.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

· Experience managing websites and social media platforms.

· Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create engaging, on-brand content.

· Comfortable communicating with prospective families via phone, virtual meetings, and in person.

· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and follow-through.

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
