Full Job Description

Meeting Point Health is a boutique medical practice located in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia, specializing in Functional Medicine, Regenerative Orthopedics, and Longevity Medicine. Our patients enjoy access to the most advanced, evidence-based medicine available, led by Dr. Stephen Matta, DO, MBA, CAQSM, and Mary Anne Matta, MS, MA, LAC. Both Dr. Matta and Mary Anne take an East-meets-West approach, and apply their Christian faith to the practice of medicine by praying with and for their patients and staff.

Our rapidly growing clinic in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia is welcoming an experienced RN who is excited to grow with us doing infusions in our communal infusion room. The right candidate is a like-minded individual who enjoys learning new things, and has a strong commitment towards a more holistic and integrated approach to doing medicine and wellness.

Manage the patient experience by ensuring every Meeting Point Health patient receives an extraordinary customer service experience through all communication. Our clinic is cash-based and does not accept insurance. The patient experience must be unlike anything they have experienced before.

Leadership — as one of 3 nurses in a busy infusion room for a holistic clinic, you must have a natural sense of hospitality, initiative, servant leadership and strong spirit of ownership over the patients in your care
Liaison — act as liaison between physicians, support staff and patients. This involves a deep and thorough knowledge of each patient and where they are in the treatment process.
Education — our procedures require thoroughly educating the patient on their treatment and procedures; discuss rationales behind our infusion treatments with patients before treatment
Coaching — use motivational interviewing strategies in coaching on nutrition, supplementation, movement, sleep and stress management in line with the providers’ recommendations
Infusions — Our IV room is busy with nutritional infusions and Major Autohemotherapy (Ozone); Prepare all parenteral nutrition in the morning; Ensure informed consent for new procedures is given for each treatment; Administer IV Ozone as well as nutritional infusions as ordered by the physician; Perform phlebotomy for advanced labs and PRP procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

RN with current IV Therapy experience required
BSN preferred
Surgical assisting skills a plus

COMPENSATION

$40-45
