We’re looking for a handful of driven people who want to build a long term career in financial services. Starting part time, on your own schedule, while keeping your current job or family commitments.

This isn’t a punch the clock job.
It’s a professional side path you grow over time.
Most of our full time reps started exactly where you’d be starting: part‑time, learning the basics, building their first clients slowly and steadily.

Not a fit if you:

Want guaranteed hourly pay
Need income immediately
Quit anything that doesn’t pay in 30 days
Need someone managing your schedule

Great fit if you:

Work another job, run a household, or are in school
Want to build income on the side that can grow into full‑time
Are coachable and willing to learn
Have grit, building a client base takes consistency
Want control over your schedule
Think long term

What you’ll actually do

Invite people to our Money 101 workshops
Meet with families and individuals to help them understand financial options
Build your book of business slowly over time
Work with a field trainer on every appointment until you’re ready
Learn through hands‑on mentorship (no finance background needed)

95% of this role is inviting people to a workshop.
We host the workshop.
We do the heavy lifting.
You simply connect people to education.

Compensation
Realistic first‑year earnings: $40,000–$70,000 working 15–20 hours per week.

You can earn money:

As soon as you’re licensed
Often within four weeks
Immediately after your first appointment
