AI Content & Systems Specialist
Part-Time Position With Opportunity to Grow
About the Opportunity
Toupin Enterprises, LLC (LinkBridge AI, Lansing Junk Removal, Genesis Removal (outside of Lansing area), and the Free, Cheap & Antique Store) is looking for a creative, technically curious person to help us build the future of an AI-powered business.
This position will begin with AI-assisted video production, social media content and digital storytelling for Lansing Junk Removal and our related businesses. Over time, the right person will learn our operations and help design, build, test and improve LinkBridge OS—our growing system of AI employees, business automations, internal tools and customer-facing solutions.
This is not a traditional social media position.
It is an opportunity for someone who enjoys creating content but also wants to learn how AI can be used to solve real business problems.
You do not need to know everything when you start. You must be willing to learn, experiment, follow detailed processes, document your work and take increasing ownership as your abilities grow.
Position Title
AI Content & Systems Specialist
Starting Schedule
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule based on production and project needs
- Some on-site work in the Lansing, Michigan area
- Some remote work may be available
- Opportunity for additional hours as responsibilities grow
Starting Compensation
$24–$28 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated ability
Compensation may increase as the employee becomes capable of building, testing and maintaining LinkBridge OS systems.
Initial Mission
Create consistent, professional and engaging content that helps Lansing Junk Removal generate trust, awareness and qualified business opportunities.
At the same time, learn how our businesses operate and begin developing the technical skills required to help build LinkBridge OS.
Long-Term Mission
Become a trusted builder and implementation partner who helps turn LinkBridge OS concepts into dependable working systems.
Initial Responsibilities
AI-Assisted Video Production
- Create short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other appropriate platforms
- Turn job photos and videos into before-and-after stories
- Create educational, entertaining and promotional videos
- Add captions, narration, music, graphics and branding
- Create both vertical and horizontal video formats
- Produce videos using traditional editing and AI-generation tools
- Develop reusable templates that improve production speed and consistency
- Help document the development of our AI systems and business experiments
Social Media Content
- Prepare and schedule approved social media posts
- Create captions, graphics, short videos and supporting content
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across multiple businesses
- Help develop recurring content series
- Repurpose one piece of content for several platforms
- Review performance and identify what content generates meaningful attention
- Focus on trust, leads and business results rather than vanity metrics alone
Business Storytelling
Create content around topics such as:
- Before-and-after junk removal projects
- Estate, garage, commercial and moving cleanouts
- Customer success stories
- Behind-the-scenes business operations
- Reuse and landfill-diversion efforts
- Team members and company culture
- Realtor and property-manager education
- Business automation
- Artificial intelligence in a real small business
- The development of Stan’s Booking Agent
- The growth of LinkBridge OS
- Lessons learned while building an AI-powered company
Content Organization
- Organize photos, videos, scripts, prompts and completed content
- Maintain clear file names and folder structures
- Track what has been drafted, approved, published and archived
- Build a reusable library of footage, templates and brand assets
- Protect customer privacy and follow company approval rules
Developing Responsibilities
As the employee demonstrates reliability and technical ability, the position will expand into the following areas.
AI Workflow Development
- Help design repeatable AI-assisted business workflows
- Build and test prompts, agents and automations
- Connect approved software tools
- Help automate content creation and approval processes
- Test workflows before they are used in production
- Identify failures and document exactly what occurred
- Improve systems without creating unnecessary complexity
LinkBridge OS Development
- Help build and improve LinkBridge OS applications
- Assist with Stan’s Booking Agent and Stan Command Center
- Help develop future named AI employees
- Build internal dashboards, forms and approval tools
- Help connect systems such as Service Fusion, RingCentral, Calendly, GoHighLevel and other approved platforms
- Assist with browser automation, API integrations and data workflows
- Help create tools that eliminate repetitive work while keeping humans in control
- Support product demonstrations, Realtor presentations and consulting pilots
Testing and Quality Control
- Follow written testing procedures
- Reproduce bugs and document the exact steps
- Test normal situations, edge cases and failure conditions
- Confirm that systems preserve customer information
- Verify that automations stop safely rather than guess
- Maintain screenshots, logs and test evidence
- Help keep project documentation current
Documentation
- Document workflows in clear, simple language
- Create step-by-step operating instructions
- Maintain project notes, test results and change records
- Record decisions and unresolved issues
- Create training materials for future employees and customers
- Help turn completed systems into case studies and reusable LinkBridge OS solutions

- Build systems without testing them
- Change production workflows without approval
- Hide mistakes or claim that unfinished work is complete
- Use technology for its own sake

First 30 Days
The employee will:
- Learn Lansing Junk Removal’s services, customers and brand
- Learn the LinkBridge OS mission and principles
- Review existing photo and video assets
- Learn the content approval process
- Create initial short-form videos and social posts
- Establish an organized content library
- Demonstrate proficiency with selected AI and editing tools
- Begin documenting repeatable production processes
Days 31–60
The employee will:
- Produce content consistently
- Develop reusable templates
- Improve video quality and production speed
- Help establish recurring content series
- Track basic content performance
- Begin learning existing LinkBridge OS systems
- Observe how current automations are designed, tested and documented
- Assist with simple testing and project documentation
Days 61–90
The employee will:
- Take greater ownership of the weekly content workflow
- Recommend improvements based on actual results
- Help automate selected parts of content production
- Assist with controlled LinkBridge OS testing
- Complete one small technical or automation project
- Document the project so another person can understand and test it
- Participate in a 90-day performance and growth-path review
