What You'll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll manage an assigned territory while developing new business and growing existing customer relationships.

Responsibilities include:

Prospecting and developing new business through networking, referrals, and cold calling
Scheduling and conducting face-to-face customer meetings
Performing facility surveys to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
Demonstrating Omega's products and services
Building strong, long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service
Managing and growing existing customer accounts
Preparing proposals, quotations, and customer presentations
Meeting or exceeding sales and gross margin goals
Maintaining accurate customer information, sales opportunities, and activity within the company CRM
Monitoring market trends and competitive activity
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience
Participating in sales meetings, product training, and industry events

Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening when required by customer accounts
