We are developing an Artificial Intelligence Marketing system, utilizing e-commerce sales as a test market. In this role, you will manage E-Commerce platforms, post listings, manage listings and sales, assist with supply chain and purchasing, develop new in-house products, help with sourcing, ordering, and supply chain, but most importantly, work with our tech team to integrate an AI system and troubleshoot it moving forward.
Compensation is very high for this type of job, given our long-term objectives and needing someone that is trendy with talent. Hourly: $25 to $35; high monthly bonuses based on work product completed; additional employee comps in the form of prizes; employee perks including: lunch stipend, gas stipend, beauty stipend, gym stipend. You can work as many hours as you would like as there is much to do, but must put in a bare minimum of 25 hours per week.
There are a lot of moving parts and a lot of work to be done, in addition to the hard work, this is just laid back and meant to be enjoyable. Are culture is extremely open and meant to make it enjoyable. We are in the process of securing multiple office spaces, but we currently work in Mt. Pleasant, MI, in a comfortable, non-corporate space.

- Conduct conversion optimization activities by analyzing user behavior data with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to enhance website performance.
- Create compelling content for various platforms, including product descriptions, blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to produce engaging visuals for digital campaigns.
- Implement marketing automation strategies to nurture leads and streamline customer engagement processes.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics regularly, generate reports, and adjust strategies accordingly to meet KPIs.
- Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce innovations, and emerging tools to keep our strategies ahead of the curve. Skills
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz for keyword research and site audits.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, including on-page optimization and backlink strategies.
- Experience with conversion optimization techniques to improve website engagement and sales performance.
- Expertise in social media marketing platforms including Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual content that enhances campaign messaging.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress or other content management systems for website updates and content management.
- Knowledge of Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager for campaign setup and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics for troubleshooting website issues or customizing landing pages.
- Strong copywriting skills for creating persuasive product descriptions, email copy, blog articles, and ad content.
- Ability to analyze data using SQL or other analytics tools to derive actionable insights for ongoing improvements.
- Experience managing social media accounts and developing B2B marketing strategies tailored to target audiences.
Understanding of SEM (Search Engine Marketing), performance marketing tactics, and marketing automation platforms.
