Overview

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Back of House Crew Member and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, including food production, grilling, braising, poaching, and meal preparation.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, such as ovens, grills, knives, and other culinary tools.
Follow strict food safety sanitizing procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
Assist with menu planning and ingredient prep to support high-volume food production needs.
Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling protocols to ensure safety and quality.
Support dietary department requirements by preparing specialized meals or dietary-specific dishes as needed.
Maintain organization in the kitchen area, restocking supplies and ensuring all equipment is in working order.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred.
Demonstrated culinary experience with skills in food preparation, knife handling, grilling, braising, poaching, and recipe adherence.
Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures.
Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
Experience in dietary aide roles or dietary department settings is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in high-volume production settings while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques in food industry operations.
